Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field.
I will meet you there.

Meet Prema
My name is Jennifer (Prema) McKeever, and I am a heart-centred guide who supports people on their journey back home to their most authentic selves.
The interconnectedness of mind and body and the limitless possibility of the human heart have always inspired me. I firmly believe that the core purpose of life is to awaken, activate, and live from that possibility.
And for this awakening to happen, we must courageously peel back the layers of trauma, hurts, and conditioning that are imprinted in our psyche and body.
My Healing Journey
From a young age, I have felt a deep curiosity and desire to understand the nature of healing and the human experience. As a teenager, I embarked on my spiritual journey, immersing myself in Tibetan Buddhism and earth-based traditions, particularly through the use of plant medicines that opened new dimensions of awareness.
I earned my first Master’s degree in Chinese Medicine, practicing for over 15 years in San Francisco, CA, and Dallas, TX. During these years, I developed a refined ability to listen deeply—not just to words, but to the narratives stored within the body and nervous system. This work gave me profound insights into how we hold trauma, heal, and the delicate interplay between our mind and body.
Driven by a dedication to providing transformative healing, I transitioned over a decade ago to integrating cutting-edge psychosomatic modalities. I earned my second Master’s in Psychotherapy and Spirituality at St. Stephen’s College. Today, I combine multiple approaches, including Somatic Experiencing®, BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS), Hakomi, Somatic Resilience and Regulation, Transforming the Experienced-Based Brain, and Brainspotting, among others. As a faculty member for BBTRS and a facilitator for Path of Love, I lead transformative processes worldwide while developing online programs that help individuals heal trauma and embody their fullest potential.
My own healing journey continues as I remain a dedicated student of the Diamond Approach, which challenges me to confront my adaptive patterns, embrace my shadow, and explore ever-deepening layers of self-awareness and healing.
For me, healing is a sacred and collaborative process, requiring vulnerability, trust, and a willingness to journey into the unknown. Through workshops, trainings, retreats, and online resources, I offer the tools and support to help you unlock your boundless potential. Together, we can foster real transformation.
Welcome to the journey of a lifetime.
