A few years ago, as I was in the depth of the darkest night of my soul, many people supported me but it is crystal clear to me that what Prema did for me had the greatest impact on my recovery. Prema’s compassion, care and love are truly genuine and operate at a high level that I have rarely encountered before. Whether it is during large group process work, one on one therapy sessions or even during personal meetings, Prema’s deep sense of empathy and intuition are always a strong guiding light in her inspiring interventions and support. What makes Prema stand out even more is how committed she is to her own journey of self discovery. She is passionate and fully engaged in learning about herself. This is demonstrated by the breath of workshops on many different healing modalities that she is continuously exploring as a participant.
